Hadith #40545
وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص، رضي الله عنهما قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏يا عبد الله لا تكن مثل فلان‏:‏ كان يقوم الليل فترك قيام الليل‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏ ‏.‏
On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “O Abdullah, do not be like so-and-so: he used to pray the night prayer, but he stopped praying the night prayer.” (Agreed upon)
