Hadith #40574
وعن أبي موسى، رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا خاف قومًا قال‏:‏ اللهم إنا نجعلك في نحورهم، ونعوذ بك من شرورهم‏"‏‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Abu Musa, may God be pleased with him, that when the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, feared a people, he would say: “O God, we place you in their throats, and we seek refuge in you from their evils.” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud with an authentic chain of transmission)).
