Hadith #40660
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
" اشترى رجل من رجل عقاراً، فوجد الذي اشترى العقار في عقاره جرة فيها ذهب، فقال له الذي اشترى العقار خذ ذهبك: إنما اشتريت منك الأرض، ولم أشتر الذهب، وقال الذي له الأرض: إنما بعتك الأرض وما فيها، فتحاكما إلى رجل، فقال الذي تحاكما إليه: ألكما ولد؟ قال أحدهما : لي غلام، وقال الآخر: لي جارية، قال: أنكحا الغلام الجارية وأنفقوا على أنفسهما منه وتصدقا" ((متفق عليه)).
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “A man bought a property from another man, and the one who bought the property found in his property a jar with gold in it, and the one who bought the property said to him, ‘Take your gold’: I only bought the land from you, and I did not buy the gold. And the one who had the land said: I sold you the land and what is in it, so they took the court to a man, and the one to whom they were adjudicating said: Do you have a child? One of them said: I have a boy, and he said The other: I have a slave girl. He said: Marry the boy to the slave girl and they will spend on themselves from him and give in charity. (Agreed upon)
