حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ الصِّيَامِ، فِي السَّفَرِ فَحَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَزْوَتَيْنِ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ وَيَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَأَفْطَرْنَا فِيهِمَا.
Hassan bin Musa told us, Ibn Lahi’ah told us, he said, Yazid bin Abi Habib told us, on the authority of Muammar, that he asked Sa’id bin Al-Musayyab about Fasting, while traveling. It was narrated on the authority of Omar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, that he said: We invaded with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Two raids during the month of Ramadan, the day of Badr and the day of the conquest, so we broke our fast on them.
