Hadith #46440
On the authority of Zaid bin Arqam, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to say:
“O God, I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, miserliness, senility, and the torment of the grave. O God, grant my soul its piety, and purify it. You are better than those who purify it. You are its guardian and master. O God, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that is of no use, from a heart that is not humble, from a soul that is not satisfied, and from an invocation that is not answered.” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
