Riyad as-Salihin — Hadith #46444
Hadith #46444
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that a writer came to him and said: I am unable to write. So I mean. He said: Shall I not teach you words that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, taught me, if you had a debt like a mountain that God paid on your behalf? Say:
“O God, protect me with Your lawful deeds from Your forbidden things, and enrich me with Your grace above all others.” (Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and said: It is a good hadith.)
