Hadith #46443
وعن أبي هريرة، رضي الله عنه، قال‏:‏ كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، يقول‏:‏ ‏ "‏اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الجوع، فإنه بئس الضجيع، وأعوذ بك من الخيانة، فإنها بئست البطانة‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to say: “O God, I seek refuge in You from hunger, for it is wretched to sleep, and I seek refuge in You from betrayal, for it is wretched to be in a state.” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud with an authentic chain of transmission)).
