Hadith #46581
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏إذا قال رجل لأخيه‏:‏ يا كافر، فقد باء بها أحدهما، فإن كان كما قال وإلا رجعت عليه‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If a man says to his brother: O infidel, then one of them has fulfilled it. If it is as he said, otherwise I will return to him” ((Agreed upon)).
