Hadith #46585
عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏"‏هلك المتنطعون‏"‏، قالها ثلاثًا‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏.‏‏"‏المتنطعون‏"‏‏:‏ المبالغون في الأمور‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Those who exaggerate are destroyed.” He said it three times. ((Narrated by Muslim. “Those who exaggerate”: those who exaggerate in matters)).
