عن جرير بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال ‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏‏ "‏أيما عبد أبق، فقد برئت منه الذمة ‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏
On the authority of Jarir bin Abdullah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whichever slave remains, he has been absolved of his obligation.” (Narrated by Muslim)
