حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَنْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ وَمَنِ اسْتَشَارَهُ أَخُوهُ الْمُسْلِمُ، فَأَشَارَ عَلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ رُشْدٍ فَقَدْ خَانَهُ وَمَنْ أُفْتِيَ فُتْيَا بِغَيْرِ ثَبْتٍ، فَإِثْمُهُ عَلَى مَنْ أَفْتَاهُ.
Abdullah bin Yazid narrated to us, saying: Saeed bin Abi Ayoub narrated to me, saying: Bakr bin Amr narrated to me, on the authority of Abu Uthman Muslim bin Yasar, On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever says something about me that I did not say, let him take his seat in the Fire and from the His Muslim brother consulted him, and he advised against him without guidance, then he had betrayed him, and whoever issues a fatwa without proven evidence, his sin is on the one who gave it.
