حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو السَّفَرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، وَأَنَا أُصْلِحُ خُصًّا لَنَا، فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا؟ قُلْتُ: أُصْلِحُ خُصَّنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَقَالَ: الأَمْرُ أَسْرَعُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ.
Omar told us, he said: My father told us, he said: Al-Amash told us, he said: Abu Al-Safar told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by He greeted us, and I am repairing a particular person for us. He said: What is this? I said: I am repairing a particular person for us, O Messenger of God. He said: The matter is faster than That.
