Hadith #48331
On the authority of Abu Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The people who are most literate in the Book of God will lead the people in prayer, if they are equal in recitation. Then I am the most knowledgeable of them in the Sunnah, and if they are in the Sunnah alike, then the earliest of them to migrate, and if they were the same in migration, then the oldest of them in migration, and not A man is trusted by a man in his authority and does not sit in his house in his honor except with his permission.” Narrated by Muslim. And in his narration: “A man is not believed by a man in his family.”
