وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ سَلَفٌ وَبَيْعٌ وَلَا شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلَا رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ يضمن وَلَا بيع مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا صَحِيح
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “No advance payment or sale is permissible, nor are there any conditions in a sale, nor is it permissible to make a profit unless it is guaranteed, nor is it permissible to sell what you do not have.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is authentic.
