Hadith #50028
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: كُنْتُ أَبِيعُ الْإِبِلَ بالنقيع بِالدَّنَانِيرِ فآخذ مَكَانهَا الدارهم وأبيع بِالدَّرَاهِمِ فَآخُذُ مَكَانَهَا الدَّنَانِيرَ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ: «لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَهَا بِسِعْرِ يَوْمِهَا مَا لَمْ تَفْتَرِقَا وَبَيْنَكُمَا شَيْءٌ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ والدارمي
On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: I used to sell camels for dinars for dinars, then I would take dirhams in their place, and I would sell them for dirhams, and I would take dinars in their place, so I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said hello, so I mentioned that to him and he said: “There is no harm in taking it for its day’s price as long as you do not separate and there is something between you.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Darimi.
