Hadith #50136
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَا بَعَثَ اللَّهُ نَبِيًّا إِلَّا رَعَى الْغَنَمَ» . فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُهُ: وَأَنْتَ؟ فَقَالَ: «نَعَمْ كُنْتُ أَرْعَى عَلَى قَرَارِيطَ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “God has not sent a prophet except that he herded sheep.” His companions said: And you? He said: “Yes, I used to graze on qarait farms for the people of Mecca.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari
