Hadith #28332
حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ أَبُو يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةَ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ‏.‏ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ‏.‏
Al-Qasim bin Dinar Al-Kufi narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman bin Musab Abu Yazid narrated to us, Israel narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Jahadah, on the authority of Atiyah, on the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “One of the greatest jihads is a word of justice before an unjust ruler.” ". Abu Issa said, and in the chapter on the authority of Abu Umamah. And this is a hasan ghareeb hadith from this perspective.
