Hadith #49138
On the authority of Saad, he said: When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, pledged allegiance to the women, a venerable woman stood up as if she were one of the women of Mudar and said: O Prophet By God, we are in charge of our fathers, our children, and our wives, so what is permissible for us of their wealth? He said: “You can eat fresh dates and give them as gifts.” Narrated by Abu David
