Hadith #50289
On the authority of Omar ibn al-Khattab and Anas ibn Malik, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said:
“In the Torah it is written: If someone’s daughter reaches twelve years of age and does not marry her, and she commits a sin, then that sin is upon him.” Narrated by them. Al-Bayhaqi in “Shu’ab al-Iman”
