Hadis Sambhar # 0/1788
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قال رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَا لَمْ تَحْكُمْ أَئِمَّتُهُمْ بِكِتَابِ اللهِ وَيَتَخَيَّرُوا مِمَّا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ إِلاَّ جَعَلَ اللهُ بَأْسَهُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Omar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Unless their leaders rule by the Book of God and they choose from what God has revealed, God will make Their valor among them

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1789
فقال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «يا عبد الرحمن بن سمرة، لا تطلب الوظيفة العامة، فإن لم تطلبها ساعدت، وإذا طلبتها وهب لك». فيكون ( ولن يكون لك على ذلك نصر من الله ) وإذا حلفت على شيء فرأيت أن غيره أفضل منه فاعمل الذي هو خير وكفر عن يمينك. (البخاري 6722، 7146، مسلم 4370)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said to me, "O Abdur Rahman bin Samurah! Do not seek public office. For if you do not seek it, you will be helped. And if you seek it, then it will be given to you." will be (And you will not get help from Allah in that.) And when you swear by something, then you think that another deed is better than it, then do the better deed and make expiation for your oath.” (Bukhari 6722, 7146, Muslim 4370)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1791
وَعَنهُ قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ألا تَسْتَعْمِلُني ؟ فَضَرَبَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى مَنْكِبِي ثُمَّ قَالَيَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ إنَّكَ ضَعِيفٌ وَإِنَّهَا أَمَانَةٌ وَإنَّهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ خِزْيٌ وَنَدَامَةٌ إِلاَّ مَنْ أخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهَا وَأدَّى الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ فِيهَارواه مسلم
On his authority, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, will you not employ me? He struck my shoulder with his hand, and then they said, “Abu Dharr, you are weak, and this is a trust, and on the Day of Resurrection it will be disgrace and regret, except for those who He took it as it was due and fulfilled what he owed, so they hijacked it. It was narrated by Muslim.

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1792
فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إنك لتطمع الرياسة سريعا، فإنها ستكون سببا للتوبة يوم القيامة، فكم هو خير وشر (في الآخرة)". (البخاري رقم 7148 والنسائي وغيرهما)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "You will covet leadership too soon. (But remember) it will be a cause of repentance on the Day of Resurrection. So how much better (in this world) and worse (in the Hereafter) is it!" (Bukhari no. 7148, Nasa'i etc.)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1793
ذهبت أنا وابنا عمي إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. فقال أحدهم: يا رسول الله! أعطني بعض الحكم (الإقليمي) من بين جميع الصلاحيات التي أعطاك الله إياها. قال نفس الشيء. فقال: والله إنا لا نعطي هذه الوظيفة لمن يطلب الوظيفة العامة أو يطمع فيها. (البخاري 7149، مسلم 4821)
My two cousins and I went to the Prophet (peace be upon him). One of them said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Give me some (territorial) governance out of all the powers that Allah has given you.' Said the same thing. In reply he said, "By Allah! We certainly do not give this job to anyone who seeks public office or covets it." (Bukhari 7149, Muslim 4821)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1794
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (سبعة يظلهم الله في ظله يوم لا ظل إلا ظله: الملك الصالح، الشاب الذي فضل الله شبابه). المنصرف في عبادة العجلة، الشخص الذي قلبه معلق بالمساجد (عقله دائما منجذب إلى المساجد). الشخصان اللذان يقيمان الصداقة والمحبة في سبيل الله؛ أولئك الذين يجتمعون على هذا الحب حتى يده اليسرى لا تعرف. ومن ذكر الله خالياً؛ ففاضت الدموع من عينيه." (البخاري 660، 1423، 6806، مسلم رقم 2427).
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Allah will grant His shadow (of the Throne) to seven people on the Day when there will be no shade but His shadow; (they are) the righteous king (leader), the youth whose youth is God's grace." spent in the worship of Ajalla, the person whose heart is attached to the mosques (his mind is always attracted to the mosques.) The two people who establish friendship and love for the sake of Allah's pleasure; Those who meet on this love Even his left hand does not know. And the person who remembers Allah in solitude; As a result, tears flowed from both his eyes." (Bukhari 660, 1423, 6806, Muslim no. 2427)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1795
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إن الذين يتقون عند الله يجلسون على منبر من نور عن يمين الرحمن، ويده اليمنى، أولئك في حكمهم وفي أهليهم وفي سلطانه، واعدلوا من تقودهم». (مسلم رقم: 4825)
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Those who are righteous in the sight of Allah will sit on the pulpit of light on the right side of the Merciful. And His two hands are right. (Those righteous are) those in their judgment, in their families and in His authority and Be fair to the people you lead.” (Muslim No. 4825)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1797
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إذا حكم القاضي بالحق فأصاب فله أجران، وإذا حكم بالباطل وهو عدل فله أجر واحد". (البخاري 7352، مسلم 4584)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "If a judge tries to judge justly and is right, then there are two rewards for him. And if he judges wrongly while trying to be just, then there is one reward for him." (Bukhari 7352, Muslim 4584)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1801
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من اقتطع حق امرئ مسلم بيمينه، أوجب الله عليه النار، وحرم عليه الجنة». فقال الناس: وإن كان قليلاً يا رسول الله؟! قال: «وإن كان غصناً من العمود». (مالك، مسلم 370، النسائي، ابن ماجه رقم 2324)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Whoever takes away the rights of a Muslim by his oath, Allah makes Hell obligatory and Paradise forbidden for him." The people said, 'Even if it is a little, O Messenger of Allah?!' He said, "Even if it is a branch of the pillu (tree)." (Malek, Muslim 370, Nasa'i, Ibn Majah no. 2324)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1803
وسمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "إن قوما ينفقون مال الله بغير إنفاق فلهم النار يوم القيامة". (البخاري رقم 3118)
He heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, "Surely some people spend Allah's wealth without spending. So for them is the Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection." (Bukhari No. 3118)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1806
قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنِ رَوَاحَةَ لَمَّا بَعَثَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُخْرِصُ عَلَى أَهْلِ خَيْبَرَ ثِمَارَهُمْ وَزُرُوعَهُمْ، فَأَرَادُوْا أَنْ يَرشُّوْهُ لَيَرْفَقُ بِهِمْ فَقَالَ: وَاللهِ لَقَدْ جِئْتُكُمْ مِنْ عِنْدَ أَحَبَّ الخَلْقِ إِليَ وَلَأَنْتُمْ أَبْغَضُ إِلَي مِنْ أَعْدَادِكُمْ مِنَ الْقِرَدَةِ وَالْخَنَازِيْرِ وَمَا يَحْمِلُنِيْ حبي إِيَّاهُ وَبغضي لَكُمْ عَلَى أَنْ لَّا أَعْدِلَ فِيْكُمْ فَقَالُوا: بِهَذَا قَامَتِ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ
Abdullah bin Rawaha said when the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent him to allocate their fruits and crops to the people of Khaybar, so they wanted to They bribed him to be kind to them, and he said: By God, I have come to you from the creation I love most, but you are more hateful to me than your numbers of apes. Hadis Sambhar # 0/1807
قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «(في العصور القديمة) اشترى رجل أرضًا من رجل آخر، فوجد المشتري في الأرض جرة فيها ذهب، فقال مشتري الأرض للبائع: خذ ذهبك، أنا لك». لقد اشتريت الأرض، ولكن ليس الذهب». فقال بائع الأرض: لقد بعت لك الأرض وكل ما فيها. ثم اقترب كلاهما من شخص واحد للحكم. فسألهم القاضي: هل لديكم أطفال؟
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "(In ancient times) a man bought some land from another man. The buyer found (rooted) in the land a pitcher containing gold. The buyer of the land said to the seller, 'Take your gold. I am yours.' I have bought the land, but not the gold.' The seller of the land said, 'I have sold you the land and all that is in it.' Then both of them approached one person for judgment. The judge asked them, 'Do you have children?'

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1812
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إن الله سائل كل راع عن نفقته، وكل راع ووصي عن رعيته وكفالته، هل هم على حق في حقهم، هل أدى حقه أم أهلكه بالتقصير؟» (النسائي 9174، ابن حبان 4492، صحيح الجامع رقم 1774)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Allah will question every guardian about his maintenance and every caretaker and guardian about his supervision and guardianship. Are they correct in their Did he fulfill his duty, or did he destroy it due to negligence?” (Nasa'i 9174, Ibn Hibban 4492, Sahih Jame' no. 1774)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1814
سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول في بيتي: «اللهم من ولي من أعمال أمتي فخذلهم فاعذبه، ومن ولي من أعمال أمتي شيئا فشق لهم فاعذبه، ومن ولي من أعمال أمتي شيئا فشق لهم»
I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say in my house, "O Allah! Whosoever takes responsibility for some work of my Ummah and causes them to suffer, you make him suffer. And whoever takes responsibility for some work of my Ummah

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1815
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (كانت الأنبياء يهدون بني إسرائيل، كلما مات نبي خلفه نبي، ليس نبي بعدي، بل بعدي أكثر). سيكون هناك خلفاء في العدد. فقال الصحابة: يا رسول الله! ماذا تأمرنا؟ قال: «من بايعه أولا فليبايعه». ثم يفي ببيعته. فيطالبون بحقهم، وحقكم يسأل الله. لأن الله تعالى سيسألهم عن مسؤولية الناس". (البخاري 3455، مسلم 4879)
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Prophets used to guide the Children of Israel (in both religion and worldly affairs). Whenever a Prophet died, another Prophet would replace him. (Know) There is no Prophet after me, but more after me." There will be caliphs in numbers.” The Companions said, 'O Messenger of Allah! What are you instructing us? He said, "Whoever pledges allegiance to him first, he will obey it." Then he will fulfill the pledge of allegiance to him. Then they will claim their rights and your rights Will ask Allah. Because Allah Almighty will ask them about the responsibility of the people." (Bukhari 3455, Muslim 4879)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1816
ذهب عياض بن عمرو إلى عبيد الله بن زياد. ثم قال له: يا بني! سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "إن شر الحاكم الذي يكون صارما على رعيته". لذا ابتعد عن الانضمام إليهم. (أحمد 20913، البخاري؟ مسلم رقم 4838)
Ayaz Ibn Amr (RA) went to Ubaidullah Ibn Ziyad. Then he said to him, 'O son! I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say, "Surely the worst ruler is the one who is strict with his subjects." So Stay away from joining them.' (Ahmad 20913, Bukhari? Muslim no. 4838)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1819
قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «صنفان من أمتي لا تنال شفاعتي: الدولة الجائرة، وكل مرتد مرتد». (الطبراني 8005، صحيح الجامع رقم 3798)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Two classes of people from my Ummah cannot receive my intercession: the (unscrupulous) tyrant statesman and every apostate exaggerator." (Tabarani 8005, Sahihul Jame' No. 3798)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1820
قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «يؤتى بأمير عشرة يوم القيامة مغللين، فإما أن يفكه صلاحه، وإما أن يدفعه ظلمه إلى الهلاك». (أحمد 9573، البيهقي 20002، صحيح الجامع رقم 5695)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The Ameer of any ten people will be brought on the Day of Resurrection wearing shackles. In the end, either his (done) righteousness will free him from the shackles, or his (done) tyranny will push him to the face of destruction." (Ahmed 9573, Baihaqi 20002, Sahihul Jame' No. 5695)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1823
وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (على المسلم السمع والطاعة، أحب ذلك وكره، حتى يؤمر بمعصية، فإذا أمر بمعصية سمع لهم وأطاعهم). الطاعة ليست واجبة." (البخاري 7144، مسلم 4869)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "It is obligatory upon a Muslim to listen and obey (his rulers), whether he likes it or dislikes it, until he is commanded to commit a sin. Then when he is commanded to commit a sin, he listens to them and obeys them." Obedience is not obligatory.” (Bukhari 7144, Muslim 4869)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1824
عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بن حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم لا طَاعَةَ لِمَخْلُوقٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ الْخَالِقِ
On the authority of Imran bin Husayn, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: There is no obedience to a created being if it disobeys the Creator.

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1825
قال: فلما كنا نبايع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على السمع والطاعة له، قال: «ما استطعتم». (البخاري 7202، مسلم 4943)
He said, When we were pledging allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) to listen to him and obey him, he said, "As much as you can." (Bukhari 7202, Muslim 4943)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1826
قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: «من خلع يديه من طاعة، لقي الله يوم القيامة لا حجة له فيها، ومن مات ولم يبايع مات ميتة جاهلية». (مسلم رقم 4899) وفي رواية أخرى: «من مات مفارقا للجماعة مات ميتة جاهلية». (أحمد رقم 5551، 6423)
He said, I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say, "Whoever withdraws his hands from obeying (the ruler in a lawful act), he will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection in a state in which there will be no evidence for him. And whoever He died without swearing allegiance (to the leader of the state), he died the death of ignorance.” (Muslim no. 4899) \nAnother narration states, "Whoever dies leaving the (state) Jamaat, dies the death of Jahiliyyah." (Ahmad No. 5551, 6423)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1827
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من فارق الجماعة نصف ذراع فقد نزع قيود الإسلام من عنقه». (أي مرفوض من الإسلام) (السنة، ابن أبي عاصم 892، 1053 لا، سمى الألباني الحديث صحيح).
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Whoever separates (withdraws) half a cubit from the Jamaat, he has in fact removed the shackles of Islam from his neck." (That is, rejected from Islam.) (As-Sunnah, Ibn Abi Asim 892, 1053 No, , Albani called the hadith Sahih).

عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ إِمَامٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً
On the authority of Muawiyah that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever dies without an imam over him dies a death of pre-Islamic times

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1832
سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: «خيار أئمتكم الذين تحبونهم ويحبونكم، وتصلون عليهم ويصلون عليكم، وشرار أئمتكم الذين تبغضونهم ويبغضونكم، وتلعنوهم ويلعنونكم». قال (راوي الحديث): قلنا: يا رسول الله! أفلا نتمرد عليهم؟ قال: لا ما أقاموا فيكم الصلاة، لا ما أقاموا فيكم الصلاة. (مسلم رقم: 4910-4911)
I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say, "The best of your rulers are those whom you love and they love you, supplicate for them and they supplicate for you. And your The worst rulers are those whom you hate and they hate you, curse them and they curse you.” (The narrator of the hadith) said, We said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Shall we not rebel against them?' He said, "No, as long as they establish prayer among you. No, as long as they establish prayer among you." (Muslim No. 4910-4911)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1835
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «ثلاثة طبقات من الناس لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة، ولا ينظر إليهم، ولا يزكيهم، ولهم عذاب أليم. (1) أن تكون البادية ماء كثيرة، ولا يدع المسافر يشرب منه. (2) الذي يحلف وهو يبيع الناس سلعة بعد العصر يقول: والله، أخذتها حقها، فيثق المشتري. وهو على العكس (أي كاذب). (3) من لا يبايع رئيس الدولة إلا لمصالح دنيوية. فإذا أعطاه مالاً دنيوياً أوفى (ببيعته)، وإذا لم يدفع لم يفي بالبيعة. (البخاري 7212، مسلم رقم 310)
He said, Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Allah will not speak to three classes of people on the Day of Resurrection, nor look upon them (with mercy), nor purify them, and for them will be a painful punishment. (1) That The desert owns plenty of water, but he does not allow the traveler to drink from it. (2) Who swears while selling goods to other people after Asr saying, By Allah! I took it for granted. As a result, the buyer trusts him while he is the opposite (ie, a liar). and (3) who pledges allegiance to the head of state only for worldly interests. So if he gives him worldly wealth, then he fulfills (his pledge of allegiance). And if he does not pay, then he does not fulfill the Bay'at." (Bukhari 7212, Muslim no. 310)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1836
سأل سلمة بن يزيد الجعفي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: يا نبي الله! قل لو ولي علينا حاكم فطالبنا بحقهم وحرمنا حقنا. فماذا تأمر في هذا الأمر؟ فابتعد عنه. فلما سأل مرة أخرى، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "اسمعوا وأطيعوا، فإن عليهم حقا ما أمروا به (أي العدل والقسط)، وعليك ما استأمنتم عليه". (مسلم رقم: 4888-4889)
Salamah Ibn Yazid Jufi asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), 'O Prophet of Allah! Say you, if a (dishonest) ruler is appointed over us and demands from us their rights and deprives us of our rights. So what do you order in this matter?' He turned away from him. When he asked again, Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Listen (to them) and obey (them), for they have a duty which is They have been enjoined (i.e. justice and equity) and upon you is that which has been entrusted to you (i.e. obedience to leaders and rulers).” (Muslim Nos. 4888-4889)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1837
قال: خطبنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات مرة خطبة تأثرت بها قلوبنا، وذرفت أعيننا، فقلنا: يا رسول الله، إن هذه موعظة مودع، فأعطنا آخر النصيحة. قال: أوصيكم بتقوى الله والسمع له والطاعة. حتى لو أصبح الزنجي (الإفريقي الأسود) هو القائد عليك. (فمن يعيش منكم بعدي) فإن كان كذلك فإنه يرى اختلافا كثيرا أو اختلافا، فتتمسكوا بسنتي وطريقة الخلفاء الراشدين الراشدين، وتتمسكوا بها بأسنانكم، وتنجو من البدع في الدين، لأن كل بدعة فساد. (أبو داود 4609، الترمذي 2676، ابن ماجه 42)
He said, "Once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave us such a touching speech that our hearts trembled and tears flowed from our eyes. So we said, 'O Messenger of Allah! This seems like a farewell speech. So you us Give the final advice.' He said, "I advise you to fear Allah and to listen to (the leader) and obey him; even if a negro (black African) becomes the leader over you. (Remember) who among you lives after me." If there is, he will see many differences or disunity. So you will cling to my Sunnah and the way of the Rightly Guided Khulafay Rashiddin and hold fast to it with your teeth. And you will be saved from innovations in religion. Because, everyone Heresy is corruption.” (Abu Dawud 4609, Tirmidhi 2676, Ibn Majah 42)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1838
وَعَن عَبدِ اللهِ بنِ مَسعُودٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم إنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ بَعْدِي أثَرَةٌ وَأُمُورٌ تُنْكِرُونَهَا قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ كَيْفَ تَأمُرُ مَنْ أدْرَكَ مِنَّا ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ تُؤَدُّونَ الحَقَّ الَّذِي عَلَيْكُمْ وَتَسْأَلُونَ اللهَ الَّذِي لَكُمْ متفقٌ عليه
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: After me there will be traces and matters that you deny. They said: O Messenger of God, how? Do you command those of us who realize that? He said, “You will fulfill the right that is due to you, and you will ask God, which is yours.” Agreed upon.

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1840
«الإمام مثل الدرع، يحارب من ورائه، وبه ينجي نفسه، فإن أمر بتقوى الله وعدل أجر عليه، وإن فعل خلاف ذلك فهو آثم». على رقبته." (البخاري 2957، مسلم 4878)
"The Imam (leader) is like a shield; behind which war is fought and with which one can save himself. So if he enjoins God-fearing and is just, he will be rewarded for it. Otherwise, if he does the opposite, then his is a sin." on his neck.” (Bukhari 2957, Muslim 4878)

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من مات عاصيا للأمير مفارقا للجماعة مات ميتة جاهلية». يغضب لتحيز أو تعصب أو دعوة إلى محاباة عمياء أو مساعدة على محاباة عمياء، فإذا قتل كان قتله قتل جهل. ومن قتل نفسا فلم يأذن بقتل مؤمنه، ولم يوف بعهده، فليس ذلك من حزبي ولست من حزبه». (مسلم رقم: 4892)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "He who dies disobedient to the ruler and separates from the congregation will die the death of ignorance." will become angry due to partiality or bigotry or call to blind partiality or help blind partiality, then if he is killed, his murder is the murder of ignorance. He who kills a man and does not allow his believer to be killed, nor fulfills the covenant of a covenanted man, that person is not of my party and I am not of his party.” (Muslim No. 4892)

عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم أَنَا آمُرُكُمْ بِخَمْسٍ اللهُ أَمَرَنِي بِهِنَّ بِالْجَمَاعَةِ وَبِالسَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ وَالْهِجْرَةِ وَالْجِهَادِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ خَرَجَ مِنْ الْجَمَاعَةِ قِيدَ شِبْرٍ فَقَدْ خَلَعَ رِبْقَةَ الْإِسْلَامِ مِنْ عُنُقِهِ إِلَى أَنْ يَرْجِعَ وَمَنْ دَعَا بِدَعْوَى الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَهُوَ مِنْ جُثَا جَهَنَّمَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَإِنْ صَامَ وَصَلَّى؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ صَامَ وَصَلَّى وَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ مُسْلِمٌ فَادْعُوا الْمُسْلِمِينَ بِمَا سَمَّاهُمْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عِبَادَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلّ
On the authority of Al-Harith Al-Ash’ari, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “I command you to do five things. God has commanded me to do them in congregation, in hearing, and in obedience.” And migration and jihad in the path of God, for whoever departs from the group by even an inch has taken off the tie of Islam from his neck. Until he returns, and whoever calls upon the call of the pre-Islamic era, he is from the knees of Hell. They said, O Messenger of God, even if he fasts and prays? He said, “And if he fasts and prays and claims that he is a Muslim, then call the Muslims by what he called them, the believing Muslims, servants of God Almighty.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said in the sermon, "Jamaat (unity) is mercy and separation is punishment." (Musnad Ahmad, Kitabus Sunnah, Shaybani 895, Sahihul Jame' no. 3109)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1846
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إن الله يحب لكم ثلاثا ويكره ثلاثا، ويختار لكم أن تعبدوه ولا تشركوا به شيئا أجمعين». اعتصموا بحبل الله (القرآن أو الدين) وأطيعوا من ولاه الله عليكم. وهو لك كلام لا أساس له (أو التحدث أمام الجمهور)، وطرح المزيد من الأسئلة (غير الضرورية) (أو طرح أكثر من اللازم) والثروة. يكره التبذير." (مسلم رقم: 4578)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Surely Allah likes three things for you and three things He dislikes. He chooses for you that you worship Him and associate nothing with Him, all united." Hold fast to the rope of Allah (Qur'an or Deen) and obey those whom Allah has placed in leadership over you. And He is for you baseless talk (or public speaking), asking more (unnecessary) questions (or asking more than necessary) and wealth. He hates to waste.” (Muslim No. 4578)

عن عَرْفَجَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم إِنَّهُ سَتَكُونُ هَنَاتٌ وَهَنَاتٌ فَمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ أَمْرَ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ وَهْىَ جَمِيعٌ فَاضْرِبُوهُ بِالسَّيْفِ كَائِنًا مَنْ كَانَ
On the authority of Arfaja, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “There will be tribulations and tribulations. So whoever wants to divide the affairs of this nation while it is all So strike him with the sword, whoever he may be.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عمرو قَالَ قَالَ رسول الله وَمَنْ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا فَأَعْطَاهُ صَفْقَةَ يَدِهِ وَثَمَرَةَ قَلْبِهِ فَلْيُطِعْهُ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعَ فَإِنْ جَاءَ آخَرُ يُنَازِعُهُ فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَ الآخَرِ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, he said: The Messenger of God said: Whoever pledges allegiance to an imam and gives him the deal of his hand and the fruit of his heart, let him obey him if he is able, and if another comes. He disputes with him, so behead the other

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do not ask about three people (they will perish): the one who separates from the congregation, the one who disobeys his Imam (leader), and the one who dies disobeying." (Books Sunnah, Shaybani Nos. 89, 900, 1060, Albani calls the hadith Sahih)

قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ""في شدة وفرحك، وفي حبك وكراهتك، أطيعه وإن آثر عليك غيرك، وأخذ مالك، وضربك على ظهرك"." (كتب (السنة، الشيباني رقم: 1026، الألباني يسمي الحديث صحيحا.)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "In your times of hardship and joy, in times of likes and dislikes, obey and obey him even if (the king) prefers someone else over you, takes away your wealth and whips you on your back." (Books (Sunnah, Shaybani No. 1026, Albani calls the hadith Sahih.)

فدعا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الأنصار ذات يوم فقال: "--- ثم سترون ظلمًا، فلا تلقوني، فاصبروا". (كتاب السنة الشيباني رقم 1102)
Once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called the Ansar and said, "---Then, soon you will see (your leaders) wrongdoing (giving preference to others over you). So you will not meet me (death). Be patient.” (Book of Sunnah, Shaybani No. 1102)

فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "اتقوا ربكم الله، وأقموا الصلوات الخمس، وصوموا رمضان، وأتووا زكاة أموالكم، وأطيعوا ولايتكم، تدخلون جنة ربكم". (أحمد 22514، الترمذي رقم 616)
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Fear your Lord Allah, perform the five daily prayers, observe the fast of Ramadan, pay the Zakat of your wealth and obey your leaders. You will gain access to the Paradise of your Lord.” (Ahmad 22514, Tirmidhi no. 616)

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "ثلاث لا يخونهن قلب مسلم: (الأولى) خالصة لله، (الثانية) طلب الخير لعامة المسلمين، (الثالثة) التصاق المسلمين بالجماعة، لأن دعوتهم تحيط بهم أجمعين". (كتب السنة، الشيباني 94، 1085، 1087، مشكاة، تحقيق الصح 228)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "There are three things in which no Muslim's heart can betray him. (One) Acting purely for the sake of Allah. (Two) Seeking good for the common Muslims (leaders). (Three) Muslims Clinging to the congregation. Because their call (of unity) surrounds them all.” (Kitabs Sunnah, Shaybani 94, 1085, 1087, Mishkat, Tahqiq-sah 228)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Be united in congregation and do not divide into hundreds. For Satan is the companion of a solitary person and is farthest from two. And whoever wants the best Paradise, he should join the congregation." (Books (Sunnah, Shaybani 88, Albani called the hadith saheeh)

عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ كُسَيْبٍ الْعَدَوِيِّ قَالَ : كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ تَحْتَ مِنْبَرِ ابْنِ عَامِرٍ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ وَعَلَيْهِ ثِيَابٌ رِقَاقٌ فَقَالَ أَبُو بِلاَلٍ : انْظُرُوا إِلَى أَمِيرِنَا يَلْبَسُ ثِيَابَ الْفُسَّاقِ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ : اسْكُتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَهَانَ سُلْطَانَ اللهِ فِي الأَرْضِ أَهَانَهُ اللهُ
On the authority of Ziyad bin Kusayb Al-Adawi, who said: I was with Abu Bakra under the pulpit of Ibn Amir while he was giving the sermon, wearing thin clothes, and Abu Bilal said: Look at our emir wearing immoral clothes. Abu Bakra said: Be silent. I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: Whoever insults God's authority on earth has been insulted by God

عَنْ رِبْعِىِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ قَالَ: انْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى حُذَيْفَةَ بِالْمَدَائِنِ لَيَالِيَ سَارَ النَّاسُ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ فَقَالَ يَا رِبْعِيُّ مَا فَعَلَ قَوْمُكَ؟ قَالَ قُلْتُ عَنْ أَيِّ بَالِهِمْ تَسْأَلُ؟ قَالَ: مَنْ خَرَجَ مِنْهُمْ إِلَى هَذَا الرَّجُلِ؟ فَسَمَّيْتُ رِجَالًا فِيمَنْ خَرَجَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم يَقُولُ مَنْ فَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ وَاسْتَذَلَّ الْإِمَارَةَ لَقِيَ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَلَا وَجْهَ لَهُ عِنْدَهُ
On the authority of Rab’i bin Harash, he said: I set out for Hudhayfah in Al-Mada’in the night before. The people walked to Uthman, and he said, “O Rab’i, what have your people done?” He said: I said: What is their mind you ask about? He said: Who among them came out to this man? So I named some men who went out to him and said: I heard the Messenger of God. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He said: Whoever separates from the group and disdains the leadership will meet God Almighty and have no face before Him.

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من فعل واحدة من الخمس كان وكيلا على الله، ومن عاد مريضا، أو خرج بجنازة، أو خرج غزا، أو كرم، فإنه يحضر الأمير للحاجة، أو يجلس في بيته، حتى يأمن الناس منه ويسلم هو من الناس». (أحمد 2093، الطبراني 16485، أبو يعلى، ابن حبان 372، ابن خزيمة 1495، السنة، ابن أبي عاصم 1021، صحيح الترغيب 1268، رقم 3471)
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said, “Whoever does 1 of the 5, he will be a surety of Allah; whoever visits a sick person, or goes out with a funeral, or goes out as a warrior, or shows honor and respect. He will attend the leader for the purpose, or will sit in his house so that people will be safe from him and he from people.” (Ahmad 2093, Tabarani 16485, Abu Ya'la, Ibn Hibban 372, Ibn Khuzaima 1495, As Sunnah, Ibn Abi Asim 1021, Sahih Targhib 1268, No. 3471)

قال فلما بلغ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن فارس قد دفعوا ملكهم إلى ابنة كسرى قال: «لن تنجح تلك الأمة التي ملكها رجل واحد». سلمت أيديهم إلى النساء." (البخاري 4425، 7099)
He said, when the news reached Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) that the Persians had handed over their kingdom to the daughter of Kesra (king), he said, "That nation can never be successful, whose rulership is one person." hands over to women.” (Bukhari 4425, 7099)

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إني أخاف فرقة الأئمة الذين يضلون أمتي". (أحمد 22393، أبو داود 4254، الترمذي رقم 2229)
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I fear the group of imams (scholars and leaders etc.) who mislead my Ummah." (Ahmad 22393, Abu Dawud 4254, Tirmidhi no. 2229)

عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رسول الله ُصَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم (إِنَّ أَخْوَفَ مَا أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ رَجُلٌ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ حَتَّى إِذَا رُئِيَتْ بَهْجَتُهُ عَلَيْهِ وَكَانَ رِدْءاً لِلإِسْلاَمِ انْسَلَخَ مِنْهُ وَنَبَذَهُ وَرَاءَ ظَهْرِهِ وَسَعَى عَلَى جَارِهِ بِالسَّيْفِ وَرَمَاهُ بِالشِّرْكِ) قال : قلت : يا نبي الله أيهما أولى بالشرك المرمي أم الرامي ؟ قال : ( بل الرامي)
On the authority of Hudhayfah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Indeed, the thing I fear most for you is a man who recites the Qur’an until you can see his joy over it.” It was an apostasy of Islam. He broke away from it and threw it behind his back. He attacked his neighbor with the sword and accused him of polytheism.) He said: I said: O Prophet of God, which one? Is it better for the throwing polytheist or the shooter? He said: (Rather, the archer)

Hadis Sambhar # 0/1868
وكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقسم الفضة من ثياب بلال بجرانة في طريق عودته من حنين. فقال رجل: يا محمد! أنت توزع بشكل عادل، هذا التوزيع غير عادل!' فسمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ذلك فقال: "بئسًا، إذا لم أقسم فمن سينصف؟ إذا لم أعدل، سأفشل وأعاني". فقال عمر (رضي الله عنه): ائذن لي. أنا هو فلنضرب عنق المنافق. فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إن له أصحابا يقرؤون القرآن، لا يمر القرآن في حناجرهم، يخرجون من الإسلام كما يخرج السهم من الصياد". (البخاري 3610، مسلم رقم 2496)
Once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was distributing silver from the clothes of Bilal at Jirrana on his way back from Hunain. A person said, 'O Muhammad! You distribute fairly do That distribution is not fair!' The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) heard this and said, "Wretched! If I do not distribute fairly, who else will? If I do not do justice, I will fail and suffer." Umar (RA) said, 'Give me permission. I am that Let's blow the hypocrite's neck.' The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said, "He has some companions who read the Qur'an. But the Qur'an does not pass through their throats. They will be expelled from Islam as an arrow pierces a hunter." (Bukhari 3610, Muslim no 2496)

وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «الهدية إلى أمير الدولة خيانة».
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “A gift given to the leader of the state is betrayal.”
