1. Asr of the jinn usually refers to a situation where a jinn exerts influence on a human being or causes suffering by the will of Allah Ta'ala. Meaning
(115) But did you think that I created you for nothing and you will not be brought back to Me? (116) Most Glorious is Allah, the True King. There is no god but Him. Meaning
(1) By those who stand in a row. (2) Then those, who severely obstruct. (3) Then those who recite 'Zikr'. (4) Surely your Lord is the same. (33) O mankind and jinn community! If you have the ability to cross the boundaries of the heavens and the earth, then cross it. You cannot overcome it without great strength. (34) So you reject any of the promises of your Lord will you? (35) Flames of fire and copper-colored smoke will be released upon you. Then you cannot defend yourself. (36) So will you deny any of the promises of your Lord? (37) (That time is inevitable) when the sky will burst and it will be red The skin will become reddish-pink. (38) So will you deny any of the promises of your Lord? (39) On that day no man will be asked about his crime, nor any jinn. (40) So you obey the will of your Lord Would you deny it?
প্রথমে বিসমিল্লাহ ৩বার পড়বে, এরপর সাতবার বলবে,
۞ أَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ وَقُدْرَتِه مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

অর্থ: আমি আল্লাহর নামে আপনাকে রুকইয়াহ করছি, সেই সব জিনিস থেকে, যা আপনাকে কষ্ট দিচ্ছে। সব প্রাণের অনিষ্ট কিংবা হিংসুকের বদ নজর থেকে আল্লাহ আপনাকে আরোগ্য দিক; আমি আল্লাহর নামে রুকইয়াহ করছি।
بِسْمِ اللّٰه ِالَّذِيْ لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهٖ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ العَلِيْمُ
অর্থ: আল্লাহ্র নামে; যাঁর নামের সাথে আসমান ও যমীনে কোনো কিছুই ক্ষতি করতে পারে না। আর তিনি সর্বশ্রোতা, মহাজ্ঞানী।
بِاسْمِ اللّٰهِ يُبْرِيْكَ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ يَّشْفِيْكَ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ، وَشَرِّ كُلِّ ذِيْ عَيْنٍ
অর্থ: আল্লাহর নামে (রুকইয়াহ করছি), তিনি আপনাকে মুক্ত করবেন এবং তিনিই প্রত্যেক রোগ থেকে আপনাকে আরোগ্য দিবেন। আর হিংসুকের অনিষ্ট থেকে যখন সে হিংসা করে এবং সকল বদনজরদাতার অনিষ্ট থেকে আল্লাহ আপনাকে রক্ষা করুক।
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ ، أَعُوْذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللّٰهِ وَقُدْرَتِهٖ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
অর্থ: আল্লাহর নামে আমি আল্লাহর সম্মান এবং তাঁর ক্ষমতার আশ্রয় নিচ্ছি, যা আমি অনুভব করি এবং যা আশঙ্কা করি, তার অকল্যাণ থেকে।
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ اِشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِيْ لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَّا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
অর্থ: হে আল্লাহ! মানুষের পালনকর্তা, যন্ত্রণা নিবারণ করুন, সুস্থতা দান করুন, আপনিই সুস্থতা প্রদানকারী, আপনার দেয়া সুস্থতাই প্রকৃত সুস্থতা, এমন সুস্থতা দান করুন যাতে কোন রোগই বাকি না থাকে।
أَعُوْذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللّٰهِ التَّامَّةِ ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَّهَامَّةٍ ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَّامَّةٍ
অর্থ: আমরা আল্লাহর পরিপূর্ণ কল্যাণময় বাক্যাবলীর দ্বারা প্রতিটি শয়তান, প্রাণনাশকারী বিষাক্ত জীব এবং অনিষ্টকারী বদনজর থেকে আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি।
أَعُوْذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللّٰهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
অর্থ: আল্লাহ্র পরিপূর্ণ কালেমাসমূহের ওসিলায় আমি তাঁর নিকট তাঁর সৃষ্টির ক্ষতি থেকে আশ্রয় চাই।
أَسْأَلُ اللّٰهَ الْعَظِيْمَ، رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ، أَنْ يَّشْفِيَكَ
অর্থ: আমি মহান আল্লাহ্র কাছে চাচ্ছি, যিনি মহান আরশের রব, তিনি যেন আপনাকে রোগমুক্তি প্রদান করেন।

Meaning
