Hadith #26697
Ahmad bin Mani’ told us, Hushaym told us, Mansour, who is Ibn Zazan, told us on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Umm Atiyya, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to bring out the virgins, the freed women, the pregnant women, and the menstruating women on the two Eids. As for the menstruating women, they would isolate themselves from the prayer place. And they bear witness to the call of the Muslims. One of them said, O Messenger of God, if she does not have a jilbab. He said, “Let her sister show her some of her jilbab.” “.
