Hadith #26760
Mahmoud bin Ghaylan told us, Abu Dawud told us, he said Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, he said I heard Abu Wael, he said a man asked Abd By God, about this letter (other than Asan) or Yasin. He said, “I have read the entire Qur’an other than this letter.” He said, “Yes.” He said, “Indeed, some people recite it.” They sprinkle it with dust, it does not go beyond their throats. Indeed, I know the similar surahs that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to combine them. He said, so he commanded us. Alqamah asked him and he said: Twenty surahs from Al-Mufassal. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to compare every two surahs in A rak’ah. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
