حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الظُّهْرَ فِي السَّفَرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَبَعْدَهَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ وَنَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏.‏
Ali bin Hajar told us, Hafs bin Ghayath told us, on the authority of Al-Hajjaj, on the authority of Atiya, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said, I prayed the noon prayer with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, while travelling. Two rak'ahs and after that two rak'ahs. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan hadith. It was narrated by Ibn Abi Laila on the authority of Atiyya And Nafi’ on the authority of Ibn Umar
