Muhammad bin Bashar narrated to us, Abu Amer narrated to us, Qurrah bin Khalid narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Sirin, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said “Whoever buys a piece of wheat, he has the option for three days, and if he returns it, he will return with it a saa’ of food, not brown bread.” He said. Abu Issa, this is a hasan and authentic hadith. This hadith is acted upon according to our companions, including Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. And its meaning. His saying, “There is no brown hair,” means there is no righteousness.
