حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" التَّاجِرُ الصَّدُوقُ الأَمِينُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ . وَأَبُو حَمْزَةَ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ وَهُوَ شَيْخٌ بَصْرِيٌّ .
Hanad narrated to us, Qubaisa narrated to us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abu Hamza, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Abu Saeed, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “The honest merchant Trustworthy with the prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good hadith. We do not know it except from this.” The version is from the hadith of Al-Thawri on the authority of Abu Hamza. Abu Hamza’s name is Abdullah bin Jabir, and he is a sheikh of Basri.
