Hadith #27562
Abu Kurayb told us, Yahya bin Adam told us, on the authority of Abu Bakr bin Ayyash, on the authority of Abu Saad, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, paid blood money to the Amirites as a ransom for the Muslims, and they had a covenant from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Abu Issa said this hadith. He is a stranger and we do not know him except from this aspect. Abu Saad the grocer’s name is Sa’id ibn al-Marzban.
