حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ أَخْضَرَ، نَحْوَهُ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ مُجَمِّعِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ، وَابْنِ، عَبَّاسٍ وَابْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، . وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَالأَوْزَاعِيِّ وَمَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ قَالُوا لِلْفَارِسِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَسْهُمٍ سَهْمٌ لَهُ وَسَهْمَانِ لِفَرَسِهِ وَلِلرَّاجِلِ سَهْمٌ .
Muhammad bin Bashar told us, Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi told us, on the authority of Sulaym bin Akhdar, and the like. And in the chapter on the authority of Mujma’ bin A female slave, and Ibn Abbas and Ibn Abi Amra on the authority of his father. This hadith of Ibn Umar is a hasan and authentic hadith. This is to be acted upon when Most people Knowledge is from the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others. This is the saying of Sufyan al-Thawri, al-Awza’i, Malik ibn Anas, Ibn al-Mubarak, and al-Shafi’i. And Ahmad and Ishaq said: The horseman has three shares: one share for himself, two shares for his horse, and one share for the footman.
