Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28089

Ahmad bin Muhammad told us, Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak told us, on the authority of Abu Bakr Al-Nahshili, on the authority of Marzuq Abu Bakr Al-Taymi, on the authority of Umm Al-Darda’, on the authority of Abu Al-Darda’, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “Whoever averts the honor of his brother, God will avert the Fire from his face on the Day of Resurrection.” He said, and in the chapter about Asma bint Yazid. Abu Issa said this is a good hadith.
