Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28180
Hadith #28180
Muhammad bin Al-Muthanna narrated to us, Yazid bin Bayan Al-Uqaili narrated to us, Abu Al-Rahhal Al-Ansari narrated to us, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, he said, the Messenger of God said God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “No young man honors an old man due to his age, but God appoints for him someone who will honor him at his age.” Abu Issa said. This is a strange hadith. We only know it from the hadith of this Sheikh, Yazid bin Bayan, and another Abu Al-Rijal Al-Ansari.
