حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُ مَنْ أَمِنَهُ النَّاسُ عَلَى دِمَائِهِمْ وَأَمْوَالِهِمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
وَيُرْوَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ أَىُّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ " مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ."
وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَأَبِي مُوسَى وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو .
Qutaibah narrated to us, Al-Layth narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Ajlan, on the authority of Al-Qaqa’ bin Hakim, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger said: God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and a believer is one from whom people are safe, with the protection of their blood and their property.” . Muslims from his tongue and hand.” On the authority of Jabir, Abu Musa, and Abdullah bin Amr.
