Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Bazi’ told us, Abd al-Hakim bin Mansour al-Wasiti told us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik bin Umair, on the authority of Abd Al-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Masoud, on the authority of his father, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “A Muslim fighting his brother is blasphemy, and insulting him is immorality.” On the authority of Saad and Abdullah bin Mughaffal, Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ibn Masoud is a good and authentic hadith. It was narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud in more than one way.
