Hadith #29802
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ خَاتَمُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم - يَعْنِي الَّذِي بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ غُدَّةً حَمْرَاءَ مِثْلَ بَيْضَةِ الْحَمَامَةِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Saeed bin Yaqoub Al-Talqani told us, Ayyub bin Jabir told us, on the authority of Samak bin Harb, on the authority of Jabir bin Samra, he said he was the seal of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace - meaning the one between his shoulders is a red gland like a dove’s egg. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
