Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #30033
Hadith #30033
Abu Hisham Al-Rifai told us, he said, Hafs bin Ghayath told us, on the authority of Hisham bin Urwa, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, she said: I was not jealous of One of the wives of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. I was not jealous of Khadija, nor should I have caught up with her. This was only because of the frequent mention of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. And peace be upon him for her, even if he was to slaughter a sheep and take it with Khadija’s friends and give it to them as a gift. Abu Issa said: This is a good, authentic, and strange hadith. .
