حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ مَا أَشْكَلَ عَلَيْنَا أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَدِيثٌ قَطُّ فَسَأَلْنَا عَائِشَةَ إِلاَّ وَجَدْنَا عِنْدَهَا مِنْهُ عِلْمًا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Humayd bin Masada narrated to us, he said, Ziyad bin Al-Rabi’ narrated to us, he said, Khaled bin Salamah Al-Makhzoumi narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Burdah, on the authority of Abu Musa said, “The Companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, have never had a hadith that confuses us. So we asked Aisha unless we found that she had knowledge of it.” Abu Issa said: This is a good, authentic, and strange hadith.
