Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #30076

Muhammad bin Abdul-Ala told us, he said, Al-Mu’tamir bin Sulaiman told us, he said, I heard Ubayd Allah Ibn Umar, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both. A lady of his came to him and said, “The time has become difficult for me, and I want to go to Iraq.” He said, “Come to me.” Al-Sham, the land of Al-Manshar, be patient with Ka’a, for I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: “Whoever is patient in its hardship and its calamities, I will be a witness for him.” Or an intercessor on the Day of Resurrection.” And on the authority of Abu Sa’id, Sufyan bin Abi Zuhayr, and Subay’ah al-Aslamiyah. This is a hadith. Hasan, Sahih, Ghareeb from the hadith of Ubayd Allah.
