Hadith #36581
ومر على قوم من الصبيان فسلم عليهم وقال إن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يفعل مثل ذلك. (البخاري الجزء 79 الباب 15 الحديث رقم 6247؛ مسلم 39/5، ح 2168)
Once he was passing by a group of children, he greeted them saying that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to do the same. (Bukhari Part 79 Chapter 15 Hadith No. 6247; Muslim 39/5, Hah 2168)
