Hadith #36768
وقال إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أحرق نخلاً لبني نذير في مكان يقال له البويري وقطع بعضاً منه. فنزلت في هذا: «النخل الذي قطعتموه أو ثبتتم على سوقه فبإذن الله» (سورة الحشر 59/5). (البخاري جزء 64 باب 14 حديث رقم 4031 ؛ مسلم 32/10 ها 1746)
He said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) burned some of the palm trees belonging to the tribe of Banu Nazir in a place called Buwairai and cut down some of them. Regarding this it was revealed: “The palm trees that you have cut down or Those which you have fixed on the stem, it is by the permission of Allah" (Surah Hashar 59/5). (Bukhari Part 64 Chapter 14 Hadith No. 4031; Muslim 32/10, Ha. 1746)
