Hadith #36799
قال: رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يحمل التراب يوم الأحزاب. وبياض بطنه غطى الأرض. وكان حينها يقرأ: (اللهم): لولا أنت ما اهتدينا،\nكنت لا أتصدق ولا أصلي\nفأنزل علينا السلام\nوثبت أقدامنا إذا واجهنا العدو\nلقد خالفونا\nوكلما أرادوا فتنة امتنعنا عنها. (البخاري، باب 56).
He said, On the day of Ahzab, I saw the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) carrying soil. And the whiteness of his belly covered the ground. At that time he was reciting, (O Allah) :\nIf it were not for You, we would not have been guided;\nSadaqah I used not to give and not to perform Salat.\nSo send down peace upon us.\nMake our feet firm when we face the enemy.\nThey have opposed us.\nWhenever they want to cause any fitnah, we refrain from it.
