Hadith #36822
قال: ذهبت إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مع أبي معبد رضي الله عنه (مجالد) أسأله أن يأخذ البيعة منه على الهجرة. ثم قال (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم): إن الهجرة لمن هاجر، وأقبل منه البيعة على الإسلام والجهاد. [عن أبي عثمان النهدي (رضي الله عنه)] قال: ثم لقيت أبا معبد (رضي الله عنه) فسألته، قال: صدق مجاشع (رضي الله عنه). (البخاري، باب 64).
He said, I went to the Prophet (may peace be upon him) with Abu Ma'bad (RA) (Mujalid) to ask him to take the pledge of allegiance from him for Hijra. Then he (peace be upon him) said, Hijrah is for those who migrate has passed I will accept the pledge of allegiance for Islam and Jihad from him.
