حديث عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: أُهْدِيَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرُّوجُ حَرِيرٍ، فَلَبِسَهُ فَصَلّى فِيهِ، ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَنَزَعَهُ نَزْعًا شَدِيدًا كَالْكَارِهِ لَهُ وَقَالَ: لاَ يَنْبَغِي هذَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
The hadith of Uqba bin Amir, who said: A silk robe was given as a gift to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, so he wore it and prayed in it, then he left and took it off violently. Like someone who hates it and says: This is not appropriate for the righteous.
