Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan — Hadith #36979

A Prophet's wife said to the Prophet (peace be upon him): Who among us will meet you first (after death)? He said: He who has the longest hand among you. They began to measure their hands through a bamboo stick. Souda's hands proved to be longer than everyone else's. Later [first when Zainab (ra) died] we understood that the length of the hand means charity. She [Zaynab (RA)] was the first of us to meet Him (peace be upon him) and she gave loved to do (Bukhari Part 24 Chapter 11 Hadith No. 1420; Muslim 44/17, Ha. 2452)
