Hadith #38654
قال. ولم يرفع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يديه في شيء من الدعاء إلا الاستسقاء. وكان يرفع يديه حتى يرى بياض إبطيه. (البخاري، مسلم) [1]
He said. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not raise his hands for any other supplication except Istiqwa (prayer for rain). He used to raise his hands so high that the white glow of his armpits could be seen. (Bukhari, Muslim) [1]
