Hadith #38918
وعن أبي موسى الأشعري رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "مثل الذي يذكر ربه والذي لا يذكره، مثل الحي والميت" ((رواه البخاري)).
ورواه مسلم فقال: "مثل البيت الذي يذكر الله فيه، والبيت الذي لا يذكر الله فيه، مثل الحي والميت".
On the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “The example of the one who remembers his Lord and the one who does not remember Him is the example of the living and the dead” ((Narrated by Al-Bukhari)).
It was narrated by Muslim, who said: “A house in which God is remembered, and a house in which God is not remembered, is like a living and a dead.”
