Hadith #46028
وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما أن رجلا سأل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ أي الإسلام خير‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏تطعم الطعام، وتقرأ السلام على من عرفت ومن لم تعرف‏"‏‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, that a man asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: Which Islam is best? He said: “You give food, and you greet those you know and those you do not know.” (Agreed upon)
