Hadith #38984
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏ "‏لا يحل لمسلم أن يهجر أخاه فوق ثلاث، فمن هجر فوق ثلاث، فمات دخل النار‏"‏‏.‏‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود بإسناد على شرط البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “It is not permissible for a Muslim to abandon his brother for more than three days, so whoever abandons himself for more than three days and dies will enter Hell.” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud with a chain of transmission according to Al-Bukhari’s conditions)).
