Hadith #39074
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يبيع حاضر لباد، ولا تناجشوا ولا يبيع الرجل على بيع أخيه، ولا يخطب على خطبة أخيه، ولا تسأل المرأة طلاق أختها لتكفأ ما في إنائها.
وفي رواية قال: نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن التلقي وأن يبتاع المهاجر للأعرابي، وأن تشترط المرأة طلاق أختها، وأن يستام الرجل على سوم أخيه، ونهى عن النجش والتصرية" ((متفق عليه)).
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade selling a land to a land, and do not quarrel. A man should not sell to his brother, nor should he propose to his brother, and a woman should not ask for a divorce from her sister in order to repay what is in her vessel. And in a narration he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade receiving and buying an immigrant for a Bedouin, and for a woman to stipulate that she should divorce her sister, and for the man to be satisfied. On his brother's harm, and he forbade Al-Najsh and Al-Tasriyah” ((Agreed upon)).
