Hadith #39727
قال: جمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اثنين من شهداء أحد في ثوب واحد. ثم قال: القرآن المجيد كان يحفظ أكثر من أي واحد منهم؟ ثم يقدم في القبر أحدهما الذي كان أكثر حفظا له، فقال: أشهد لهما يوم القيامة. ثم أمر (عليه السلام) بدفنهم بالدماء. ولم تتم صلاة الجنازة عليهم ولم يغتسلوا. (البخاري) [1]
He said, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) put two of the martyrs of Uhud together in one cloth. Then he said, Quran Majeed was memorized more than any of them? Then the one of the two who has memorized more of the Qur'an is placed first in the grave and He said, I will testify for them on the Day of Resurrection. Then he (peace be upon him) ordered to bury them in a bloody state. Their funeral prayers were not performed and bath was not given. (Bukhari) [1]
