قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا صلى على الجنازة قال: «الهمج فيرلي حيينا، وميتينا، وشاهدينا، وجيبينا، وحجرينا، وكبيرينا، وجكارينا، وأونسانا، اللهما معن آه يعيش منا، فأهي على الإسلام، ومان». طواف فيته من فتى وفاه علال إيمان، كل هما لتحريمنا، أزرهو ولا تافطننا بعضا” (أي اللهم أنت الأحياء والأموات، اغفر للحاضرين والغائبين، والصغير والكبير، والرجال والنساء. اللهم من أحييته منا، أحييه على دين الإسلام، ومن قتلته فاقتله. إيمانهم اللهم أنت ميتنا فلا تحرمنا الأجر ثم لا تفضحنا). (أحمد وأبو داود والترمذي وابن ماجه). [1]
He said, When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed the funeral prayer, he used to say, "All-Hummag Firli Hayyina-, wa Mayyitina-, wa sha-hidina, wa g-yibina-, wa sagirina-, wa kabirina- wa jakarina-, wa unsa-na-, All-humma maan ah yaitah minna- fa ahihi 'alal islam-m, waman tawaf faytah minna- fata waffahu 'alal i-man, all-humma la- tahrimna- azrahu wala- taftinna ba'dah” (meaning O Allah! You are our living and dead, Forgive the present and the absent, the young and the old, men and women. O Allah, those whom You keep alive among us, You keep alive on the religion of Islam. And those whom you will put to death, put them to death on their faith. O Allah, you are the dead to us Do not deprive us of the reward and then do not endanger us).
