Hadith #39733
مرت جنازة على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. ولما رأى ذلك وقف. فقال الصحابة: هي جنازة يهودي. ولم أقف على شرف الجنازة. القيام في تكريم أصحاب الجنازة (أي الملائكة). (النسائي) [1]
A funeral procession was passing by the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). Seeing that, he stood up. The Companions said, "It is the funeral of a Jew." I did not stand in honor of the funeral. Standing in honor of those who are with the funeral (i.e. the angels). (Nasa'i) [1]
